Our production team is working hard to fill the sudden increase in orders, including for essential services workers. Currently, it takes 4-6 business days for us to fill an order, plus 1-5 days of transit time depending on how far you are from Vancouver. Once an order is placed, please refrain from making any changes, which will cause your order to be delayed.
We appreciate your patience in this difficult time. While you wait, you can try making a temporary No Sew Mask with either a facecloth or a pillowcase you already have. It only takes a few minutes. Please see a tutorial video at the bottom of this page.
Shield against dust, pollen, odour, smog, forest fire smoke, and other impurities in the air. Wash daily with hot water and soap to sterilize. Machine wash/dry, or hand wash/line dry. DO NOT MICROWAVE. For additional user tips, please visit our blog.
Each household is limited to a maximum purchase of 6 masks.
Cloth face masks are not as protective as N95 or surgical masks, which we must save for our frontline healthcare professionals so they can stay safe when they save lives. However, cloth covers can still block some respiratory droplets that carry COVID-19. They are washable and reusable, so you won’t run out of supplies. They are also more comfortable and easier to breath through. Cloth masks are better than scarfs or bandanas because they provide fuller coverage and can free your hands for other tasks, such as carrying groceries.
We designed a quick, easy, and free DIY No Sew cloth mask. All you need is to tie 3 loop knots on a pair of standard earphones and a face cloth, which most people already have. Check out the tutorial video:
