Warranty & Returns
Not sure about colours/textures or worry about allergic reactions? You can order a sample/tester package first.
We warrant all products to be free from defects in labor and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.
We accept returns and exchanges on unused stock items in original packaging within 30 days from purchase. Holiday gift purchases (ordered between Nov 1-Dec 24) can be returned/exchanged by Jan 7.
Custom, special order (including mattresses and deep pocket sheets), and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns/exchanges can be either brought to our store or shipped to our warehouse.
In person returns: Please have your receipt or order number ready when you return items to our store. We will inspect the items prior to processing the return/exchange.
Remote returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping unless we shipped you the wrong product or the product is defective.
Please email your order #, items to return, and the reason for return/exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you the return shipping cost for approval. Once you've approved the shipping cost, we will email you the shipping label and schedule the pickup. Please DO NOT ship the item to our store.
We will inspect the returned items prior to issuing the refund or processing the exchange.
