Virtual Dream Therapy

We offer free weekly Virtual Dream Therapy session every Wednesday evening at 8-9 PM Pacific Time to help people alleviate tension, stress, and anxiety. Emotions form in reaction to external changes; unchecked emotions can disturb sleep, trigger panic attacks, and distort decision making. 

The purpose of Dream Therapy is to relax and release unwanted emotional burdens. Dreams reflect one's emotional state. Dreaming consolidates memories and process emotions and is crucial to one's mental wellbeing. Deliberate dream practice is a safe, effective, and 100% natural way to release negative emotions, calm the mind and improve sleep and quality of life. 

Our Dream Therapy sessions are facilitated by Bei Linda Tang, Dream Designs' Owner/Creative Director and the author of "Navigate Life with Dreams". Linda developed her approach based on modern sleep science, ancient dream practices, and her personal experiences. With breathwork and visualization, she guides participants into a lucid underwater dream, where participants can let go of unwanted emotions and experience profound relaxation. 

By practising dreaming with awareness regularly, you can actively regulate your emotions and strengthen mental resilience in response to changes. Linda offers weekly group Dream Therapy classes as well as private Dream Therapy sessions. She also works with individuals who suffer from recurring dreams or nightmares to help understand and resolve them. For more information, visit
