Intro to Dream Therapy

We offer free online Dream Therapy workshop to help people manage stress and anxiety and sleep better naturally. Dreaming consolidates memories and process emotions and is crucial to one's mental wellbeing. Deliberate dream practice is a safe, effective, and 100% natural way to release unwanted emotional burdens and calm the mind.
The purpose of dream therapy is to regulate emotions. Emotions form in reaction to external stimuli; unchecked emotions can distort decision making, trigger anxieties, and disturb sleep. Dreams reflect one's emotional state. By practicing dreaming with awareness, you can actively regulate your emotions, at both sleeping and waking times.

Our Dream Therapy Intro Workshop is facilitated by Bei Linda Tang, Dream Designs' Owner/Creative Director. Linda developed her dream therapy practice based on modern sleep science, ancient dream practices, and her personal experiences.  She is the author of "Navigate Life with Dreams: A Guide to Happiness and Peace by Working with Your Own Dreams". With breathwork and visualization, Linda guides participants into a deep sleep and then wake up in an underwater dream, where participants can explore, release unwanted emotional burdens, and experience profound relaxation and inner peace.
