Contouring Organic Cotton Face Mask with Filter Pocket
Organic Cotton Face Mask made in Vancouver, Canada from two layers of tightly woven 100% certified organic cotton sateen bed linen fabric. Contouring fit. Filter pocket (not necessary for our filtration liners, which are shaped to stay up in between the mask and the face). Sewn-in nose seal. Painfree fabric tie ear loops or wear it two ways with elastic earloops and fabric headband, which also keeps the mask around the neck when not in use. Breathable. Washable. Reusable. Unisex. Child size is for 6 years or older.
This mask is not medical grade and insufficient for people with a weakened immune system. It has not been tested against pathogens, including COVID-19. Please use at your own risk. To stop the spread of COVID-19, please practise social distancing first and foremost.
Your mask should fit snugly on the face, but not too tight that it pulls on the ears. All of our face masks can fit different face shapes and sizes by adjusting the earloops. For fabric earloops, simply untie and then re-tie the knots. For elastic earloops, pull the knots on the elastic earloops out of the side channels, untie and then re-tie them.
Wash by hand with hot water and regular soap to sterilize and hang to dry. Do not microwave. Minimal shrinkage (5% or less) and colour bleeding are normal in the first wash.
Before putting on your mask, sanitize your hands first. Hold the mask flat against your nose and mouth, and put on the earloops. If necessary, adjust the earloops to ensure a tight and comfortable fit. Bend the nose seal to close the gap between your nose bridge and the mask. Wash your hands immediately after taking the mask off.
We offer bulk discounts to organizations seeking 50 or more masks.
We started designing and making masks in March in response to the severe PPE shortage and have supplied masks to healthcare professionals, logistics operators, grocery store workers, and other frontline essential services workers who keep our society running in the current pandemic.
